What this project is doing ?

Managing environment for the improvement in health and education status of the children of conflict effected mid-western regions of Nepal will be our effort. Though it may be small but to assist for the minimum requirement of the orphans is our aim. We have aim to operate the organization as per the yearly programs.

Aimed Group

We want to cover all the helpless children who have lost their parents due to the nation-wide violation. Children who have lost their father and mother and became unable to read and write refers to our aimed group. Our program will be operated within rural community. Our organization will be fully committed for their rights to read and write and survive in the society by fulfilling their minimum needs and requirements.

Number of beneficial from the program

We are at the beginning of the program. We want to cover and support the maximum victimized group. So, estimated number is not fixed, but as our program is especially related with ensuring the rights to get knowledge and education and rights to survive in the society and re-establishing onward thousands of those orphans, helpless and disabled children, we want maximum number to be covered and benefited. Mainly our program will be of two kinds:

i)   Providing community program reaching rural areas.
ii) Those victimized orphans whom it is impossible to support by going to the community will be managed and      provided education and knowledge in a home.

why does the program will be assign?

This organization is formed with the group of conflict and violation affected group of people. This organization is established by the detail mutual discussion and agreement among the members before establishment, and mobilizing the value of the organization to give the best identity in the society for unlimited duration. Mainly all the attending members in this organization are the victim of present situation of Nepal. So, definitely there is no doubtful in the clarity of this organization in coming future. As well, all members are strictly committed to fulfill their assigned duty with a promise to succeed the program.

Why the need of this organization and the program is felt?

Our country Nepal is aheading through a very dangerous stage of national conflict and violation. All the development structures and activities are in worst condition due to violation. There is no any scope apart which is not affected by the violation. In this case the more effect is felt on children who are unknown to the situation of the country. Though it may be the cause of bomb and bullets or it may be the cause of war and crafts or anything else children have lost their guardians and becoming orphans though living a simple life. They are being compelled to see the death of their father and mother in-front of themselves. In this condition, there is being a great effect in the mental balance of children. To ensure and retain the minimum rights to get knowledge and education and right to life, this organization is especially felt essential. In reality, there is no doubt that if we don't seek the medicine to neutralize the birth of revenge in the thought of children of present generation, we certainly have to face even worst situation in near future.

How to succeed the program?

We are committed in this sector with our strong feelings. Children are in condition to live in very dangerous stage due to the weak condition of the nation. We want to reach to rural areas to inspect and investigate for identifying all the victimized group and protecting them with pre-planned programs. We have strong feelings for the re-establishment of the society. By giving the same feeling as duty, we express our promise to work as per our planning. Gradually, taking one after another program we will reach the victimized group. We will definitely succeed our invasion as per the yearly planning.

Up to when our program will be implemented?

Up to the period when there is no solution to the problem of violation, when there is no reduction in the number of victimized orphans we will carry on working to achieve our destination. We have classified our programs into two divisions:

i) Temporary Planning

As per the temporary planning we will reach the community and provide the temporary programs which will be of maximum one-one year. We reach the by managing for the requirements in reading and writing along with school fees as well as health related programs for serving the orphans who have lost their parents due to current violation activities.

ii) Permanent Planning

As per the permanent planning we are conducting a home where children who don't have any relatives are kept for protecting, providing education. Giving education up to 10+2 level, we will try our best to make them the able and independent citizen in the name of re-establishment of the society. We have aim to provide them the warm love as their parents, so that they will not have the feelings that they are orphans. This is included in permanent planning.

Way of evaluation of our program

We are inspired with our social feelings. We will follow our complete duty. We will be committed with our body and soul to succeed our invasion. So, we want to reflect the transparency of our work to the society. We have promise that we will not let the investment of any organization or individuals to go on waste. Instead, we will mobilize them in efficient sectors for which our organization will form an inspecting committee board which will evaluate the efficiency of the organization. As well we will strictly request the donor organizations and individuals to inspect the programs of our organization. Our all efforts will continue to make established to the organizational values and beliefs.

How to collect fund to give continuity to the organizational program?

We will collect some part of the investment of the national and international donor organization or individual as a reserve fund through which we will establish some training centers and the income from these training centers will be collected in the fund of the organization. At one side there will be development of technical skill and on the other side there will be easy to give life to the organization. As well, we will conduct charity shows and identifying the victimized family from the violation, we will invest in the profitable procession for them through which our organization will collect the fund. The training centre that we have mentioned like Beautician training, driving, plumbing, technician, tuition center, sewing and cutting centre as well as suitable to the house works will be conducted by which the collected capital will be mobilized for various tasks of the organization. On the other side, victimized group will get the opportunity to develop their skill and independent. Priority will be given to the violation affected people in such centers.

Where the programs of the organization will be implemented?

Conflict affected regions of the nation where due to the conflict thousands of children are affected. Where there is majority of disable children without parents, there our programs and tasks will be implemented. Especially our program will be implemented in the conflict affected districts like Rukum, Rolpa, Salyan, Jajarkot, Banke, Dang, Bardiya and so on.

How the victimized group be benefited?

Nepal is a poor country. Moreover in the worst condition of the nation, people of our country are feeling very difficult to fulfill their minimum requirements. So, there is the condition of not fulfilling the minimum requirements of the little children like school fees, pen, book, copy, school dresses and so on. Our program will give priority to such children going to the community, so that those who are deprived of going school can get relief. And those who are compelled to survive on the road as they don't have anyone who takes care of them will be managed in home. In this way, they will apparently take benefit of the program.

At what thing our program will be oriented?

Especially our programs will be oriented in fulfillment of the requirements of the victimized children which can be utilized by them. As possible we will take a separate program for the conflict victimized disable people. Even we want to expand the number of children in the home. So that, we want the support to be provided by the donor organizations or individuals.

Problems of the program

Mainly financial problem is the main problem of this program. It is impossible to accelerate almost every kind of programs with the financial scarcity. So we plead the national and international donor organizations and individuals to provide the possible financial assistance and support to succeed our program. As well, we also want to ensure that your help and support to our organization will certainly play a vital role for the new life of victimized children and orphans. We ensure trust in you that your investment will be mobilized in proper sector in strict way.

From where up to now we got help?

The victimized orphans hosting in our organization are in the condition of the problem for school fees, stationary, dress and so on. As far as possible, we are now providing them the services from ours side. Recently, Help Nepal Network and Laxmi Bank has provided small quantity of feeding and clothing materials. Our organization is thankful for them. Similarly, we have got the kind words for help form "The Chaudhary Group." They are providing our organization the fund of Rs. 15,000 monthly from Feb, 2006. We are very thankful to them for their support to our organization. We are complete trust with the credibility of their organization.

Way of decision making

There are 7 working members in post in this organization. Each member can have chance to give his/her vote or opinion. Especially, we have given the priority to the women's participation. Special time is given to listen them and their proposal is implemented in consent with other members, if suitable to the situation. As well, for the benefit of the aimed society, every member is committed to fulfill their duties. All the things done is focused to serve and uplift the condition of conflict affected rural area's people which is the main aim of the organization.

Staffs engaged in this organization

This is recently established organization. Currently, there are 5 staffs working, among which all are engaged for full time. But we have estimated 12 staffs in increment up to 100 children. Each and every staffs have been working with honest and sincerity. Gradually, this program will go on.

Which type of place, this program will reach?

This program will be conducted in conflict affected inaccessible regions and the districts in mid-western regions in Nepal. As a result, poor orphans who have already lost their parents and farmer standard poor children will certainly be the beneficial. Especially, we want to conduct community program to the victimized village and habitat by which children who are compelled to dropout the school as they couldn't afford the expenses of pen copy and school fees will be beneficial. Similarly, we have aim to conduct certain programs for the children dying of the diseases like malnutrition. Through our limited programs, our organization has aim for the upliftment of living standard of hundreds and thousands of such disable orphans

From where we get help?
Our programs are recently being commenced. Analyzing the requirements, we are conducting a separate home for the children who have already lost their guardians, for whom it is not possible to support going to the community and those who have no one in the relatives. Till now, we haven't got any kind of financial assistance. We also recently have provided the home for protection to 10 orphans. Help Nepal Network had distributed clothes to those 10 orphans in this January. Finally we hope for the assistance and coordination of interested social-workers and donor organizations in coming days.

Volunteer

Recently, a foreigner named Billy Parker has arrived in our organization as a volunteer from England. He will stay in our organization for 20 days. Organization named RCDP had played an important role to send him to our organization. We haven't received any other volunteer except him up to now.
